Our Prep Services are here to assist you operate and run your business on the go. You will have a worry free experience where you can be remote without the demand of having a warehouse, employees, and overhead required. We take all that in mind to offer you our worry free prep service.

Receiving- We can receive a box all the way up to a container. Our receiving hours are from 9am-4pm EST and can allow you to schedule your shipment directly from our website without having to be on hold. Our receiving team is one of the best and will ensure your products are handled with care.

Inventory Control- Once receiving has pulled your inventory into our Climate Controlled Facility, our Inventory Specialist will review your invoice and begin to check your inventory into our software which will assign a location and sticker. They will see the notes from your order to do quality control or not. If you have quality control selected in your package- you will have each product checked and ensure no damage has occurred during transit.

Storage- We can store your products for up to 90 days- each 30 days our team will send you a current inventory list and updated billing. If not paid within 30 days- we will be liquidating your current inventory pay for your outstanding bills. We will of course remind you and allow you another 72 hours to submit payment. Our storage is in a Climate Controlled Facility.

Pick/Pack/Prep- Once we receive an order we will pick the necessary products and units needed- apply quality control methods to ensure they are ready for the end consumer. We will then prep the products as needed- bubble wrap- poly bags- stickers- bundles- and box as required for specific vendors or end users. Next we will ship your products as you desire.

We offer over 600 brands which once you open an application- we will determine which brands you’re available to purchase as not all are available for resell on 3rd party platforms. We do work with many brands who do but there are less than 20 who will not allow resellers.

You will then receive a login to our software at which time you can purchase the inventory. You will see pricing every 30 days pending our vendors prices but you can be locked in for 90 days if you sign up for special placement which will set aside 90 days of inventory for that product in our warehouse.

Every order will be packed and shipped within 72 hours pending payment has been received. If we are out of stock- we remove that item from the invoice and credit your account if payment has been received. Hence, the importance of taking us up on our special contract for 90 day placement offering you a locked price and access to your inventory you desire for 90 days. You can pull out at anytime but must have all your inventory paid for and received within 30 days at which time we will remove that product from your contract.
